Two children have tragically lost their lives and six others were injured following a severe vehicle crash in Melbourne's west on Tuesday afternoon.
A 34-year-old mother was driving a four-wheel drive shortly after picking up children from school near Bacchus Marsh when the vehicle ran off the road and rolled over.
